Mounted, in a metal frame, under glass. Frame dimensions: 15 3/4 x 18 1/2 inches. Print dimensions: 10 1/2 x 13 3/4.  Old fold crease lines. Top corner has been repaired.  Colors are vivid.  

Print shows a bird's-eye view of George Washington's Mount Vernon estate, with house in upper right and tomb in lower left; Potomac River is visible in lower right, with numbered key below identifying principal features.  Printed in ink below the image to the left: "No. 1 Mansion 94 by 47 / 2.
