With a folding "Ground Plan of Baltimore City and County Alms House," 30.5x33.5 cm; and a "Map of the Medical Topography of Baltimore, 1851" by William Sides, sheet size 28.5x41.5 cm.  Of the 669 inmates of the Baltimore Almshouse in 1849, 155 were afflicted with Cholera, 86 died.
