[Rare Early German Work on Perspective] First edition. Folio, 316 x 192 mm.  Bound in old liturgical parchment.  Poor binding, spine exposed. The parchment is worn and soiled, with loss along the bottom quarter.  Engraved Title, ii-iii, 99 pages: 15 plates (7 folding, also a double-page table).  Title engraved by Peter Troschel.  Persistent dampstain throughout text.  Some loss to final errata note at bottom of p. 99.  The last 6 plates consist of views of cities, fortifications, interiors of houses and a large view of the Halsprunnerhof in Nuremberg with a tournament scene.  Albrecht was a German engineer, mathematician and artist.
