[Early New York Weekly]  3 bound volumes. Bound in red leather backed, marbled boards.  Bindings of two of the volumes poor.  v.17 boards detached. Not collated, sold as is.  Includes:  vol.10. July 7, 1832 - June 29, 1833  (The Catskills, Commencement at Yale, Cholera Outbreak,  Indian Conflict in the Carolinas); v.14. July 23, 1836 - June 23, 1838; v.17 June 29, 1839 - June 30, 1840 (A Classification of Kisses, the Queens Wedding, News from Constantinople, Washington Irving).  Early bookplate of Joshua B. Williams.  The New York Mirror had a wealth of contemporary literary and poetry.  Edgar Allen Poe was one of the notable contributors.  It also featured musical verse and news of the day.
