Gothic letter, printed in two columns,  55 lines. Woodcut calligraphic first initial on first leaf.  Rubricated lettering throughout, with opening initials drawn by hand in red.  Fine printer's device, white on background, on rear leaf.  281 leaves.  Lacking 2 blank leaves, 132 & 281.   [Collation: a10, b-i8/6, k-p6/8, q-s6, t8 (lacking t6 blank), A-Q8/6, Qr6 [sic], R6, S8 (lacking one blank in this signature), T6, V8]  Some worming.  Contemporary handwritten notes on rear blank leaf.
