( h. 35 x  w. 51 cm).  Dimensions in frame: 59 x 74.5 cm  (23 1/2 x 29 inches).  Mounted, under glass, in wood frame.  A few scuffs to frame.  Thaddeus Stevens is prominent on the left side.  A View of the House of Representatives in the post-war era.  The House as it looked during the Ratification of the Fourteen Amendment abolishing slavery and the impeachment of Andrew Johnson.
